Registered NetObjects customers can use NetObjects WebSupport to submit problems, or cases, to the NetObjects Technical Support staff. Customers can also review and close cases, and search for detailed solutions to specific problems.

NetObjects WebSupport provides registered users the following features:

  • Create a new case. Describe your technical support problem and submit it to NetObjects Support for resolution.
  • Open an existing case. Check on case status and history.
  • Modify a case. Provide NetObjects Support with additional information about your technical problem.
  • Close a case. Problem solved? Close the case.
  • Find solutions. In-depth information about working with NetObjects Products.
  • Change user profile. Keep contact information up-to-date.
