Is the bug reproducible?
If we cannot reproduce the bug, it's much harder to fix.
What steps are required to reproduce the bug?
Clear instructions, down to individual mouse clicks, if possible, are the most useful.
What special setup is required?
We need to know whether you have an special (or commonplace) networking setup, audio or video files, or any applets (Java, JavaScript, Shockwave, or other type). Also, we need to know where we can get these items to help us duplicate your setup.
