I (“Author") hereby grant NetObjects, Inc. ("NetObjects"), its successors and assigns, and those acting under its direction, the perpetual, worldwide right and license, free of charge, to use, publish, reproduce, display, modify and adapt all or part of the material published ("Material") in the URL specified above and Author's name, in any format or through any media now or hereafter known, including without limitation in all print and electronic and computer media, for promotional, advertising, or demonstration purposes, in connection with the marketing of any NetObjects software and services. I represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement, that the Material is original, has not been previously published, the Material contains no matter unlawful in content or in violation of the rights of any third party or law or regulation and that I am the sole author of the Material and the copyright owner of the Material. I further represent that publication by you of the Material will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. I agree to indemnify NetObjects from all claims and any liability resulting from NetObjects' use of the material. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Author and NetObjects with respect to this subject matter and supersedes all previous proposals, both oral and written, negotiations, representations, commitments, writings and all other communications between Author and NetObjects.
